Nasimul Baten has been appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of DBH Finance PLC (formerly Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd), effective January 1, 2021. With over 23 years of experience at DBH, Nasimul has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Managing Director and Acting Managing Director. He brings extensive expertise in housing finance and the real estate industry. An alumnus of Faujdarhat Cadet College, Nasimul completed his BBA and MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) at the University of Dhaka. He has also participated in numerous training programs across countries such as England, Ireland, Singapore, Thailand, India, and Bangladesh.
